Social media in Thailand: learning from the West

With the Thai public and leading organisations beginning to use social media in greater amounts this year, it is likely more and more firms in the kingdom will consider the potential the medium can offer in conjunction with their existing marketing and advertising efforts.

As the development curve is somewhat flatter in Asia, Thai business can take comfort in stepping into the unknown world of social media using more experienced Western examples and expertise to guide them.
